The assignment consists of technical assistance and the comprehensive project management of a set of improvement actions in Barcelona’s Park Güell and its surroundings.
The different projects to be managed are very varied in nature, encompassing disciplines ranging from heritage restoration (hypostyle room, viaduct, etc.), adaptation and maintenance (waterproofing of Plaça de la Natura), landscaping (Mirador de la Gloria and biodiversity path) or the drafting of technical documents (PMU, Architectural Master Plan, Catalogues, etc.).
The tasks undertaken include the full cycle of each of the projects: preliminary studies, drafting of tender documents for technical teams and contractors, construction and decommissioning stages.
It should be highlighted that the complexity of managing such a large number of simultaneous projects, in such a spatially limited and heritage-sensitive area, requires a significant effort in terms of time and logistical planning.
