Construction of a residential building containing 134 homes for Colonial, Sabadell ]
The development is located in Sabadell (Barcelona) between the following streets: Ferrán Casablancas, Cervantes, Sant Pau and Alemania. It is named after the plot’s former use as the location of the Bosser textile factory.
The development occupies an area of 12,500 m2, in which a total of 134 homes were built in two buildings containing 94 and 40 homes, the latter with a unique elliptical floor.
A car park with two basements and a private area with a swimming pool were also built, as well as a children’s playground.
Another noteworthy feature is the design of an LED-lit path that links the neighbouring old chimneys (of industrial origin) of Vapor Gran and Vapor Buxeda Vell.
