U.A. Cabeca development work for Els Arbres de la Tardor (Inmo Criteria Caixa) in Encamp (Andorra) ]
The Project consists of the development of the land located between Encamp and Escaldes d’Engordany (Andorra), which includes the construction of two roads and the distribution of services. At the same time, a series of works are planned for the collection of drinking water, as well as a wastewater pre-treatment system.
The project also includes the implementation of actions for protection from falling blocks of rock and avalanches/landslides.
Once the whole sector has been developed, it will have a buildable area of around 500,000m2.
