Construction of Schmidt Ibérica’s headquarters and logistics facilities in Constantí, Tarragona ]
The project consisted of the expansion of the industrial facilities of the multinational company, as well as the construction of a corporate building.
The new facilities are located on a 46,000 m2 plot and consist, other than the aforementioned auxiliary building, of a warehouse for storage and bagging, a warehouse with facilities for maintenance and washing of trucks and a large outdoor area developed and set up for road traffic, where a series of silos are located.
